The platform draws from national, regional, and local news content, including access to more than 70 Virginia news sources, such as The Virginian-Pilot and Richmond Times-Dispatch.
Factiva is a Dow Jones business intelligence platform that includes content from 33,000 news, data, and information sources from 200 countries and 32 languages. The archive has more than two billion articles. The oldest dates from 1944, and 2,300 sources have more than 20 years of archived articles.
Word processing, data management, and communication platforms are ubiquitous in the workplace. Having a strong foundation with these resources as well as the ability to improvise and learn new systems can be a very useful workplace skill.
The O'Reilly for Higher Education digital platform includes more than 38,000 book titles and more than 30,000 hours of video. Topics range from programming to IT networking to project management to graphic design to business strategy. The content includes code snippets, certification preparation materials, practice exercises, training videos, and much more. Users can search thousands of books simultaneously online, saving time and quickly finding the information they need.
